A Well-Deserved Thank You

Thank You

For the two weeks leading up to Captain America’s and my wedding, I had the pleasure of sharing with you several guest posts written by some of my favorite fellow bloggers.  They each responded to my request going above and beyond the call of duty, writing kind and wonderful words of encouragement, as well as wise and experienced words of advice.  I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our nuptials on the site!  (If any of you missed out on their posts, check the “RELATED ARTICLES” section below for some of the highlights).

So today I’d just like to take a moment and send a huge thank you out there to Russ Towne of A Grateful Man, Mimi of Waiting For The Karma Truck, and Renee of Rendezvous with Renee for the time and effort you all put into the task I set before you.  It was an absolute pleasure working with each of you, and I look forward to the possibility of doing it again someday!  Not only are each of you amazing and talented writers, but you are all equally wonderful people, and I am lucky to call you all my blogging friends!

As a sign of my appreciation, I’ve created several different “Grab Badges” for you to use on your sites, if you’d like.

Feel free to add any of the following badges on your site to share the contributions you made here, with others!  Just download them (or grab the entire HTML code – not just the blue part!), post them somewhere on your site (like the sidebar), and link them to the URL of the guest post you’ve contributed in order to share it with your readers.  You can find these buttons and more in my Press Box.

Have a site badge of your own (guest bloggers only)?  Send a copy my way and I’d be happy to place it in the sidebar on my site to share with my readers as well.

Thank you again for helping me kick off our wedding celebrations on The Hand-Written Life in such a fun and memorable way!  The generosity you exhibited by taking the time away from your own busy schedules and lives – to sit down and write something for someone you haven’t even met in person – has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.   You guys are rockstars!

If you’re interested in having a guest post appear on The Hand-Written Life, please contact me using the contact page, or send me an e-mail at: aktheauthor@gmail.com.  At the moment I’m currently looking for people who’d like to guest post on the topics of Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas (though I’m open to other suggestions as well) – and I would love to coordinate something with you!

  1. Thank you, Andrea. I’m honored to have had the opportunity to honor the two of you in this way. May your love outlast all the stars in the sky, burn as brightly as our sun, provide radiant light even on the darkest nights, and inspire others as the moon’s glow has done for lovers over the ages.

  2. It was an honor to be asked, and my only objective was to do justice to your special day. You know all that I wish for you and look forward to hearing about your new adventures as a bride and groom (well, the parts you fell comfortable sharing that is)..xoxo, m
