The Things I’ve Left Unsaid

“Love is when, at age fifteen, you tell the boy you like that you want to be a little old lady with too many snowglobes – and he laughs at you and calls you crazy, but still proceeds – for the next 10 years – to bring one home for you from every trip he goes on, just to make sure at least one of your dreams comes true.”

True love is when he buys them for you even when you’re not talking.

  1. What a great post that says so much with few words. As for your last sentence, I agree, and would add 2 words:

True love AND WISDOM is when he buys them for you even when you’re not talking.

I’m an investment manager and I know a good return on investment (ROI) when I see one! ;-D!
